What It Means

Label Created

Shipment data received but not yet picked up by FedEx.

In Transit

The freight is moving through FedEx terminals.

At Destination Terminal

Seamless, Real-Time Shipment Visibility

FedEx Freight Tracking now offers shippers the ability to monitor their LTL and freight shipments using a 12-digit PRO number, purchase order, or reference number. Customers can access updates through the FedEx Tracking portal or the FedEx InSight® platform, which allows multiple shipments to be viewed simultaneously — without entering individual tracking numbers.

The system provides detailed updates on:

  • Pickup and delivery confirmations

  • Terminal transfer status

  • Real-time estimated delivery times

  • Proof of delivery (POD) documentation
